How to Bulk Delete Properties
This feature is essential for removing multiple records at once, instead of deleting them one by one. In this article, you will learn the correct method for deleting multiple property lists at once.

Filtering List
Navigate to Properties on the left sidebar menu.
Filter the list properties you want to delete using the filter options at the top of the page. You can filter the list of properties by county, tag, field, campaign, or deal.
Check the box in the top left of the list, then click Select All to select all properties.
Bulk Delete
Click the Delete All button to delete the selected list at once.
A pop-up window should appear. Click the button to confirm the deletion.
Before you delete: Bulk deleting removes the selected properties permanently, along with their attachments and other data, and it can't be undone from your account. We recommend exporting your property details first so you have a copy. Anyone on your team with access to Properties can bulk delete, so double-check your filters before confirming.
Deleted something by mistake? Contact our support team as soon as possible via hello@pebblerei.com. We may be able to restore properties from a backup, but any changes made after that backup was taken will be lost and would need to be re-entered.
