Exporting Property Details

This article will guide you on how you can export property details and save them to your local files.

Filtering and exporting the data

Here's how you can export your entire property database and property details from Pebble:

  1. Navigate to the 'Properties' tab on the left sidebar menu.

  1. If you only want to export a specific list of properties, you can use the 'Filter By' feature.  You can filter properties using these options:

This feature allows you to sort data based on specific categories such as tag, county, field, acquisition, or disposition. You can also filter the list based on custom fields you have created, such as those from the Due Diligence section.

  1. As soon as you have filtered the properties according to your criteria, click the top checkbox and click Select All to select all the data entries.

  1. Click 'Export All'. A new window will pop up. Click 'Download' and select the destination folder to save the exported file.

Choosing what to export

When you export, you can choose how much detail comes out:

  • Properties only — property data such as acreage, APN, county, state, offer, purchase, and sale details, campaign codes, and your custom fields.
  • Properties and Contacts — everything above, plus owner contact information (name, address, phone, and email).

When a property has more than one owner, the Properties and Contacts export gives each owner their own row, so every owner's contact details come through individually while the property record stays consistent. This makes it easy to bring owner data into Excel or loop it back into a campaign import.

What is included in the export

Each column below appears in the exported file, except the Owner columns, which are only in the Properties and Contacts export. A column is blank when there is nothing recorded for that property. In the Properties only export, each row is one property.

Group Columns
Property Property ID, APN, acreage, legal description, latitude, longitude
County County name, state, FIPS code
Owner (Properties and Contacts only) Owner ID, full name, first name, last name, phone, email, do not mail, mailing address (line 1, line 2, city, state, zip)
Campaign Campaign code, campaign price, secondary campaign price
Offer Offer date, offer price
Purchase Purchase date, price, closing costs, additional costs, funding provided
Sale Sale date, price, closing costs, additional costs, funding payout
Sale terms Payment type (Cash or Terms); for Terms sales, down payment, interest rate, and term length
Custom fields One column per custom field, named "Section - Field name"

Good to know

  • Multiple campaigns: if a property was part of more than one campaign, the campaign codes and prices are listed in the same cell, separated by a vertical bar (|).
  • Dates and amounts: dates are exported as YYYY-MM-DD, and amounts include the currency symbol.
  • Cash vs. Terms: when you mark a property as sold, you choose Cash or Terms. For Cash sales, the down payment, interest rate, and term length columns hold default values ($0.00, 0%, 12 months) and should be ignored.
  • Costs are optional: closing costs, additional costs, and funding fields are only filled in if you entered them when marking the property as purchased or sold. They are also what the Dashboard uses for ROAS and ROI.

What is not included

The export does not include deals (board, stage, priority, or source), tags, or campaign names (only campaign codes).

To work with those, use the filters in the Properties tab and the Boards.

Tip: Aging of Unsold Inventory

To see how long each property has been in your inventory:

  1. In the Properties tab, filter for properties that have a purchase and no sale.
  2. Export the list.
  3. In your spreadsheet, subtract the Purchase date from today's date.

You can then group the results by age, for example 0 to 90 days, 90 to 180 days, and over a year.
