Creating Pebble Lead Forms
You can use Pebble to generate lead forms and share them via a URL or embed them on your website. Follow this step-by-step tutorial to learn how to generate forms and install them on your website!
In this article:
Building a Lead Form
- To generate the form, log into your Pebble account.
- Click the Inboxes on the left sidebar menu.
- Go to the right side panel. Click the Gear icon on the right side of the Seller or Buyer Inbox.
- Scroll down to the Lead Forms.

You can change the name of your form by clicking the Edit icon at the top of the lead form name. Hit Save Changes.

Contact Information
When creating a new Lead Form, you’ll see a Contact Information section. This section includes pre-approved fields such as:
- Phone
- Code
- Opt-in Language

For each field, you can use the dropdown menu to set its status as:
- Required – the lead must provide this information.
- Optional – the lead may skip this field.
- Hidden – the field will not be visible on the form.

Opt-in Language
You can customize the Opt-in Language in your form to match your business needs.
- Locate the Opt-in Language field in the Contact Information section.
- Click the Edit button.
- Type in your preferred message (e.g., how you’ll use a lead’s contact information or ask for consent).
- Click Save to apply your changes.
This message will appear on your form so leads know exactly what they’re agreeing to.

Input Fields
The Input Fields section is where you can add personalized questions. You just need to fill out the Label and Type fields and hit Save. These are the field types available:
- Single-line text – allows the user to enter the short text that fits in a single-line
- Multi-line text – allows the user to enter the longer text that fits in multiple lines
- Dropdown – allows the user to choose one from multiple options
- Yes/No – allows the user to choose between "Yes" and "No"
You can add as many fields as you need.

Sharing Your Form
To share your form, you can embed it on your website by selecting the "Create Embed Code" button at the bottom right hand side. Alternatively, you can preview your form by selecting "View Form" button.

You can also share your form as a link. To do so, go back to the settings of your inbox, locate the appropriate form and click Public Link.
You'll see a new page with the form. Copy that link and share it.

Embedding the Form on Your Website
Once you're done editing the form, click the "Create Embed Code" button in the bottom right corner.

Once you do so, a small new pop-up window will appear, allowing you to create a snippet you can install on your website. Here, you get to choose the website where you'll form will be installed, the layout of the form, and the skin of the form.
If you have a Pebble website, choose the Pebble Website snippet in the dropdown menu for "Where will this form be installed?". If you don't have a Pebble Website, choose Custom Website.
Once you choose all the options, click on the Copy Snippet button.

Note: Keep in mind that using the Pebble Website snippet (shortcode) method requires that you have the REI Pebble - Land CRM Plugin installed on your Landleads website. Additionally, the plugin is deactivated by default, so you'll need to activate that plugin in order for the shortcode to work.

Adding a lead form to a Pebble Website
Head to the backend of your website by logging into your WordPress account. Then click "Pages" and choose "All Pages."

A new page will open up. Find your home page and click "Edit with Elementor."

Once your home page opens up, the first thing you need to do is to hide your existing form. To do so, click on the "Navigator" icon at the bottom of the page.

This will open up a navigator menu on your screen. Use it to find the existing form on your website, so you can remove it and replace it with your new form.

Once you find the form, click on it. A new menu will open up on the left side. Find the option called "Responsive" and choose to hide the form for all devices.

Now, you need to add the new form to your home page. Use the search bar on the left side to find a widget called "Shortcode." Click on it and drag it to the spot where you'd like your form to be. Then, use the Navigator on the right side to move the "Shortcode" under the "Icon." This can also be done just by clicking on the button and dragging it down.

Once you place the widget on your home page, it's time to add the code. Paste the copied snippet from Pebble's Create Embed Code page done on this section: Creating Embed Code. Otherwise, head back to the REI Conversion website and copy the shortcode simply by clicking the "Copy Snippet" button.

Then, paste the shortcode in the box on the left side of your screen.

Keep in mind that there are two forms on your home page - one at the top and the other at the bottom of the page. Repeat the previous steps to replace the form on the bottom of your home page as well. Then, click on the "Update" button to save changes to your website.

Note: In addition to generating the snippet for an REI Landleads website, you can also generate a snippet for any Custom Website. Using the snippet works similar to the shortcode, but you'll need to paste the code snippet where HTML is allowed.
A useful tip: In addition to the skin and layout parameters, you can further personalize the forms by utilizing four extra parameters. These parameters are primary and primary_alt , which can be assigned any valid HTML color code, and body_font_family and button_text for customizing the form's font and button text. These parameters work in both the shortcode and HTML code versions of the embedded code.
Here's how to generate a snippet for a custom website.

And, that's it. Now, let's check out what happens when a seller fills out the form on your website.
First, the seller will need to enter their contact information.

Once they do so, they'll be presented with an option to enter a mailer Code. This step can be skipped.

If your seller does have a mailer code, they'll be presented with the information about the property, as well as an image of the property (if Pebble has the latitude and longitude information). Once the seller reviews the property, they can proceed to the next step by clicking "Yes."

Then, the form you created will be displayed.

Managing Form Submissions in Pebble
When the form is filled out, the seller will appear on your Seller Deals board. If you click on the seller, you can find the form response on the seller detail page.

If you click the page icon on Conversations for the Contact, you can edit the information the seller provided in the form. For example, this can be useful if you contact the seller and you want to add more info to their form.

If you'd like to add a new seller manually, you can also add their responses to the form. Go to your Seller Deal board and click on the "Add Deal" button.

Select Add Contact to search for lead contact record. Then select the page/form icon under Conversations to edit form.
