What is Property View Counter?
Property View Counter is a plugin that allows users to see how many times each property was viewed.
You will find your property views in the top left corner of the image gallery in your single property view.
NOTE The plugin doesn't track the property visits made by the user when they are logged into WordPress. Property views will be tracked if the user opens one of their properties while not logged into WordPress. In this case, every time the site is refreshed a new pageview will be added.
Set Up Property View Counter Plugin
The Property View Counter Plugin is installed and activated automatically. In case the page views don't appear in Admin Dashboard, you will have to activate the plugin manually.
- From the WordPress Admin Dashboard, hover your mouse to the Plugins on the left and click on Installed Plugins.
- A list of all your plugins will appear. Search for the Property View Counter plugin. Once you find it, click on Activate, and the plugin will be switched on.
Check All Property Views in Admin Dashboard
- From the WordPress Dashboard, click Properties.
- A list of all your properties will appear as well as the number of pageviews, which are located on the right of the screen.
