Stay on top of your tasks, deals, and communications with in-app notifications and email alerts.

Sending a Notification
To send a notification to someone on your team, go to the Activity or Notes field on a property record or deal card. You can press the @ symbol and start typing your teammates' names to mention them in your comment.
Notification Panel
Notifications are organized by category, making it easy for you to quickly see the most recent updates. Each category displays the three most recent notifications, with a "View All" button available for categories that have more than three notifications. Clicking this button will allow you to view all notifications within that category. If a category has fewer than three notifications, the "View All" button is not displayed.
You can view archived notifications by switching to the archive view within the notification panel. This ensures that all past notifications are easily accessible. Just click the ellipsis button and select "See archived" to view your past notifications:
Notification Settings
Notification settings are conveniently accessible directly within the notification panel by clicking the Gear icon, allowing you to manage your preferences without needing to navigate away from the panel.
Email notifications offer comprehensive coverage across various categories, including mentions, leads, assignments, automations, text messages, voicemails, calls, and reminders. By default, email notifications are enabled for all categories. You can easily customize your notification preferences by toggling off any categories you do not wish to receive emails for.
Notification Types
Assigned to you
- Deal Assigned: Notifications when a new deal is assigned to you.
- Deal Unassigned: Alerts when a deal is unassigned from you.
- Task Assigned: Notifications when a new task is assigned to you.
Mentions
- New Mentions: Alerts for any new mentions in deals and properties.
Reminders
- Task Due Date Reminders: Notifications for upcoming task due dates to keep you on track.
Texts/Calls/Voicemails
- SMS Received: Alerts when a new text message is received.
- Call Missed: Notifications for missed calls.
- Voicemail Received: Alerts when a new voicemail is received.
- Phone Message Failed to Send: Notifications when a phone message fails to send.
Lead form submissions
- New Lead Form Submissions: Alerts when a new lead form is submitted.
