Integrating Launch Control and Pebble
This guide walks you through how to integrate Launch Control with Pebble using Zapier. This setup allows you to push qualified leads directly into your Pebble Deal Board, streamlining your workflow and keeping all property details, documents, and communication in one place.
To successfully connect your Pebble account with Zapier, the user setting up the integration must have admin access within Pebble. Member-level access will not provide the necessary permissions to enable the Zapier integration.
Make sure you're logged into Pebble with an admin account before attempting to connect it to Zapier.

Before You Start
- Zapier Account: You’ll need a paid Zapier account (for Webhooks).
- Launch Control & Pebble: Make sure your property owners and campaigns already exist in Pebble before texting in Launch Control. This ensures you can match contacts and properties when pushing leads over.
- Use Case: You’ve already qualified a lead in Launch Control and now want to send them directly into a deal stage in Pebble—no need to go through the inbox again.
Step by Step Setup in Zapier
1. Create a Zap in Zapier
- Log in to Zapier
- Click “Create Zap”
- Set the Trigger App to Webhooks by Zapier
- Choose Catch Hook
- Copy the Webhook URL

Add Webhook to Launch Control
- Go to Launch Control
- Head to Settings > Integrations > Zapier
- Click Edit
- Paste the Webhook URL from Zapier

3. Pull Example Data
- Go back to Zapier and Test the Trigger
- Launch Control should send over a sample lead
- You'll see example data like first name, last name, phone number, etc.—you’ll need this to map data in the next steps
Step by Step Actions in Zapier
1. Find the Contact in Pebble
- Choose Pebble as your Action App
- Select Find Contact
- Use First Name + Last Name to search (make sure there’s a space between them)
- Map fields using the Launch Control sample data

💡 What if the contact doesn’t exist in Pebble?
Use Paths in Zapier:
- Path A: If contact is found → continue
- Path B: If contact is not found → Create Contact
- Make sure to map
- Name
- Phone number
- Email Address

- Add a new step: Find Property
- Search using mapped property details from Launch Control

💡 If Property Is Not Found:
Use another Path to Create Property
- Choose Action: Create Property
- Map property fields like property address, county, and contact ID
- Make sure your Launch Control data includes a county or else this step might error out

Create a Deal in Pebble

Action: Create Deal
Use the dynamic fields:
- Deal Name: e.g., “Launch Control Deal - {{First Name}} {{Last Name}}”
- Stage: Choose the starting stage of your seller board
- Contact ID: From the contact found or created earlier
- Property ID: From the property found or created

- Action: Create Note
- Map conversation or message content from Launch Control into the Note Text
- Attach it to the correct Deal ID
Triggering the Zap from Launch Control
When working inside Launch Control:
- Make sure the Phone is Verified
- Click Push to CRM
Zapier will pick it up and send it over to Pebble.

Testing & Troubleshooting
- Check Zapier > Zap History to see if the automation ran successfully
- Look for the new deal on your Pebble Deal Board
