Recording Calls
Recording calls can be useful for tracking important conversations, improving customer service, and complying with regulations. In this article, you will learn how to record calls in Pebble.

Pebble allows you to record a call as soon as you receive or make it.
Receiving the call
Receive the incoming call by pressing the Accept Call button. The different buttons will appear.
Recording the call
Click the Record icon to record the conversation. The recording is in progress if the button turns red.
Click the End Call button to end the conversation. The recorded call will be saved in the Inbox section.
Go to the Inbox section, and select from Seller or Buyer's Inbox in which the call was received.
Click the Play button to listen to the recorded call. Adjust the playback speed or download the recorded conversation by clicking the ellipsis (three dots).
Accessing call recordings
You can view call recordings associated with a conversation by clicking on the conversation thread. Any captured recordings will show as speech bubbles. Then you can playback or download.
Note: Notifying the person on the call that you'd like to record this conversation will ensure that you're on the right side of the law.
